Av Balamcanché Manzana 30 Lote 2C, Playacar, 77710 Playa del Carmen. Reef mornings meet here at 08:00; the Cozumel trip meets at Coco Beach in Playa at 08:00. On cenote days we pick up in Playacar and downtown Playa del Carmen.

  • How fast do you reply?

    The same day, by WhatsApp or email. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us.

  • What should I include in my message?

    Your dates, the number of divers, your certification level, when you last dived and what you would like to do. With that we can suggest the right sites and confirm availability in one reply.

  • Can I book directly?

    Yes. The quick booking form asks for the essentials, and we confirm the day, the meeting point and the price the same day.

  • Where is your base?

    Av Balamcanché Manzana 30 Lote 2C, Playacar, 77710 Playa del Carmen. Reef mornings meet at the base at 08:00 and the Cozumel trip at Coco Beach at 08:00.

  • Do you pick up from my hotel?

    On cenote days we pick up in Playacar and downtown Playa del Carmen. Staying in Puerto Aventuras, Tulum or Cancún, you come to Playa for the start of the day.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance; a no show loses the deposit. If the weather cancels a dive, you choose another day or a refund.

  • Which languages do you speak?

    English, German and Spanish.
