From November to February the bull shark dives at Shark Point are the reason many divers make the trip: 24 metres on the sand, no cage, observation dives for 2,800 MXN with Nitrox and a second reef dive. The two tank reef morning is 2,200 MXN, and the Cozumel speedboat meets at Coco Beach in Playa at 08:00, with two drift dives in the marine park and brunch on the boat for 3,400 MXN, back by about 12:30.

Every dive day starts in Playa del Carmen; the ADO bus from the hotel zone and the airport runs all day and a taxi or rental car takes about an hour.
